Production art #2

After a brief discussion about the route we are going for in production art terms, we decided to keep things in the theme of imprisonment. The assets needed to suggest lack of freedom. The thinking behind the design was just that, lots of vertical lines imitating prison bars and capsules, trapped light and patterns.

Narrative project production art

Some early designs, inspired by the colours we are going for in previous concepts. Eva suggested a shape language that implies entrapment so i will have a rethink on those soon. It was fun designing them anyway. :)

 I think I managed to stick to the style in which my little film is portrayed, the colours however are a bit too bright for the overall feeling of the story.

Key assets production art

Tried imitating the feel of water-colours and keep it less straight and more fluid. I think these are the main objects I am going to include in the metropolis.
